Older Toddlers
In the Rabbit Room the children are developing their independence, as many will begin toilet training and start to learn new skills such as dressing themselves, serving themselves food and getting water when they need it from our cooler machines.
In the Rabbit room the children are constantly encountering new experiences, which they try to make meaning of. As they do so, they explore and investigate their environment, asking questions as their communication skills improve in order to extend their knowledge and abilities. In this room the children are starting to forge meaningful friendships with one other and play with each other, rather than alongside.
